The Secret Circle is an American television series filmed in Vancouver, BC and the dock/water scenes are filmed in Steveston, British Columbia (a suburb of Richmond, BC). It was developed by Andrew Miller for The CW Television Network, based on the book series of the same name written by L. J. Smith. On May 17, 2011, The CW announced they had picked it up.
