Bourdain travels to Budapest to explore the beauty, culture, history, architecture and food of the capital city of Hungary. His companion for this episode is Oscar-winning cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond, the artist responsible for the look of films such as "Close Encounters of the Third Kind," "The Sugarland Express," "Deliverance," and "McCabe & Mrs. Miller."
Food to be seen in this journey include goulash, fisherman's soup, blood sausage, stuffed cabbage. During a stop at Hungarian comfort food restaurant Pleh Csarda, Bourdain eats a golden brown pancake heaped with chicken liver and bone marrow, a massive plate of fried schnitzel and venison stew.
