Synopsis:

helpen Cha Ki-Sung te vangen. Cha Ki-Sung is de leider van een Noord-Koreaanse 
vluchtelingen-misdaadorganisatie. In Zuid-Korea wordt Im Chul-Ryung gekoppeld aan 
Kang Jin-Tae en voor het eerst werken Noord en Zuid samen om de misdaad te bestrijden.
