TV Short - Military Blackhawk units are scrambled as a mysterious object plummets towards Earth. First contact is made after impact; what begins as a curious and seemingly friendly encounter quickly turns into a matter of national security!

When a mysterious object from deep space plummets to Earth, armed forces are sent to investigate. Arriving at the crash site, they soon discover an alien vessel that releases a large spherical object with unknown intentions. The military soon find themselves in a life and death struggle with a Xenopod, a morphing bio-mechanical entity that is bent on destruction!
