The story takes place in Japan in the early 21st century, in an alternate reality where the Tokugawa Shogunate has remained in power. In this reality, student councils are tasked with oppressing schools. Yagyuu Muneakira is a high school student who rebels against his student council with the help of girls who've had the names of famous samurai heroes passed on to them.

The basic premise behind 'Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls' is the story of an atypical male harem lead character, who has the ability to transform girls into MASTER SAMURAI i.e. strong god-like fighters by kissing them.

Yes, that’s it. That is the entire plot right there. You have 12 Episodes of a single guy surrounded by half naked girls giving fan-service and creating lustful, semi-comedic moments.

The plot is typical harem. It could have been much better… But, who needs sense when we have fan service…
