Episode 6 - The Fish and Anchor, Lampeter, WalesMike Ciminera used to own a fish and chip shop; now his dream is to earn a Michelin star for his Lampeter-based restaurant the Fish & Anchor. Did you see that pig fl y past the window? His vast menu is culled from a stack of recipe books written for home cooks (including some of Ramsay's own) and, actually, Mike isn't a great cook. He's a slow one - you need to take a fortnight's holiday between courses. But what's even worse than all this is the appalling shouting and screaming of Caron, Mike's fiery Welsh dragon of a wife. "I can't get a ****ing word in edgeways!" exclaims Gordon after she storms out the door. For once there's more emphasis on marriage counselling and anger management than simply cooking good food for customers. But who'd have thought Gordon would be as good at patching up relationships as he is preparing food?
